4 Hands Dinner: Restaurant Castell Perelada & Quirat

Chefs Javi Martínez from Restaurant Castell Perelada and Víctor Torres from Quirat, will present an 11-course menu dedicated to winter. A proposal that celebrates the regionCatalan cuisine, and seasonal products, with a dialogue between sea and mountain. The menu will be paired with wines from Perelada Winery designed to enhance each dish.
